How can I pay for the order?
We use BuyMeACoffee (BMC) service to take payments. Right after you click 'Complete the order' you will be redirrected to our BMC page where you can pay for your stickers and stuff.
All you have to do on our BuyMeACoffee page is to enter your total order price in the special field and click 'Support'. You can pay with your credit/debit card or Apple Pay on your choice.
We know that this payment method is not so convenient, but we can't use normal methods since the majority of companies as PayPal suspended their businesses in Russia.

Where are you shipping from and how long does it takes for order to arrive to the US?
We ship from Russia. Estimated delivery time is around 2-3 weeks.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order is sent. You can track it via USPS or any other online tracking services if you live outside the US.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the limited nature of our products we are not responsible for any lost or stolen mail. We would like to remind you that all sales are final. Please carefully review your order information prior to finalizing your purchase. Double check your name, address, and contents within your order.
Stickers and other accessories are not-refundable, however, if you receive a defective product upon delivery, a replacement will be sent upon request. Replacements will take 1-2 weeks for production and will be sent out accordingly.
